The Arkansas National Guard is taking to the skies as part of the Fly Over Arkansas celebration honoring America’s 250th Birthday, with military aircraft scheduled to fly over communities across the Natural State from June 29 through July 2.
The statewide flyover will feature dozens of Arkansas cities, giving residents an opportunity to celebrate America’s semiquincentennial while watching military aircraft pass overhead. Officials encourage residents to gather safely, wave American flags, take photos and videos, and share them online using #flyoverarkansas.
