Searcy High School teacher Tiffany English and Springdale resident Ashley Dyke are national champions after capturing the Gold Medal in Unified Doubles Tennis at the 2026 U.S. Special Olympics Unified Games in Minnesota.

Representing Team Arkansas, the pair competed against some of the nation’s top Unified athletes and brought home the gold medal following an outstanding performance in doubles tennis.
English is widely recognized for her dedication to students at Searcy High School and her year-round commitment to Special Olympics. School officials said the championship reflects her passion for inclusion, teamwork and helping students succeed both on and off the court.
Ashley Dyke, of Springdale, also played a key role in the championship run, helping Team Arkansas earn national recognition through determination and outstanding sportsmanship.
Congratulations to Tiffany English of Searcy and Ashley Dyke of Springdale for representing Arkansas with excellence and bringing home the gold.
