Floyd Ballpark 4th Of July Celebration Set For July 4 In White County

Families from across White County are invited to celebrate Independence Day at the Floyd Ballpark 4th Of July Celebration on Saturday, July 4.
The community event will take place at Floyd Ballpark, located at 127 El Paso Road, and will feature a full day of family-friendly activities, games, competitions, food, and fireworks.
The celebration begins with a parade at 10 AM, with participants lining up at the ballpark before the event. Bett’s Family Pool will be open from Noon until 8 PM, offering a way for families to cool off during the holiday festivities.
Beginning at 4 PM, concessions will open and the Home Run Derby will get underway. Additional competitions include a Horseshoe Tournament at 5 PM, Cornhole Tournament at 6 PM, Egg Toss at 6 PM, and Chicken Race at 7 PM.
The evening will conclude with the National Anthem and Prayer at 9 PM followed by a fireworks display after dark.
