A major community event is returning to Independence County as John 3:16 Ministries hosts its annual FREE Unity Fest on Saturday, May 16, 2026, bringing a full day of family fun, food, and entertainment.

The event will feature special guest Willie Robertson of Duck Dynasty along with appearances by Larry Muse and Doug Schoenrock commissioner of Arkansas Game and fish Commission.
Unity Fest will include a unique Wild Game Supper with menu items such as ostrich sliders, elk dogs, kangaroo kebabs, turtle soup, rocky mountain oysters, and gator bites. The meal is included with $20 tickets and will be served until 6 PM.
Gates open at 11:30 AM with activities starting throughout the day, including a live auction at 1 PM, carnival rides, kids attractions, a petting zoo, and a silent auction beginning at 12 PM.
Attendees will also have a chance to win a new Spartan zero turn mower, sponsored by R&R Farm Equipment.
In addition to the festival activities, a large auction featuring vehicles, ATVs, motorcycles, and miscellaneous items will be held, with items added weekly and bidding available live on HiBid.
Unity Fest will take place at 75 Holmes Road in Charlotte, Arkansas. For more information, contact Todd Pierson at 870-307-2415 or the John 3:16 Ministries office at 870-799-2525.
