Raymond Reynolds, Facilities Director for the Searcy School District, has been named the 2026 Plant Manager of the Year by the Arkansas School Plant Managers Association (ASPMA). The award was presented during the Searcy Board of Education monthly meeting by education leaders including Dr. Megan Duncan.
Reynolds was recognized for his dedication to maintaining safe, clean, and efficient school facilities while leading innovative improvements across the district. School officials say his attention to detail and commitment to students and staff have made a lasting impact.
District leaders praised Reynolds’ “rock solid” leadership and passion for service, calling the honor well deserved.
