Searcy Public Schools recently celebrated the retirement of Assistant Superintendent Dean Stanley, honoring his remarkable 42-year career in education.

Friends, colleagues, and community members gathered for a fish fry and fellowship event to recognize Stanley’s decades of service to students, teachers, staff, and families throughout the district.
According to Searcy Public Schools, Stanley’s career has been defined by leadership, dedication, and a commitment to excellence that has positively impacted countless lives over the years.
School officials praised Stanley for helping guide the district through decades of growth while maintaining a strong focus on student success and educational achievement.
After 42 years devoted to educating and inspiring young people, Stanley is closing an extraordinary chapter of service in Arkansas public education.
