The USDA Farm Service Agency has announced the appointment of 5 Arkansas agriculture leaders to serve on the Arkansas FSA state committee.
Committee members are appointed by Secretary of Agriculture Brooke L. Rollins and are responsible for overseeing farm programs, resolving appeals, and supporting agricultural producers across the state.
Appointed members include:
• Robin Ralston of Atkins, Chair
• Jay Coker of Stuttgart
• Chase Groves of Garland City
• Mark Morgan of Clarksville
• Dana Stewart of Judsonia

Officials say the committee plays a key role in ensuring farm programs are delivered effectively and aligned with federal policy while supporting Arkansas farmers, ranchers, and landowners.
The USDA says these leaders bring decades of experience in farming, ranching, and agricultural leadership to help strengthen rural communities and the agriculture industry.
