Car Show Registration Open for Beebe’s Fallin’ Blackbird Festival

Car enthusiasts from across Arkansas are invited to display their vehicles during the 2026 Fallin’ Blackbird Festival in downtown Beebe.

The Fallin’ Blackbird Festival Car Show will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 17, and continue during the festival’s scheduled hours through 3 p.m.

The show is open to all makes and models, including classic cruisers, muscle cars, antique vehicles, trucks, hot rods, restored automobiles and custom builds.

Vehicle registration costs $15.

The car show will be held in downtown Beebe alongside the festival’s live entertainment, local vendors, food trucks, shopping and family activities.

The festival day will begin earlier that morning with the seventh annual Fallin’ Blackbird Festival 5K. The race begins at 7 a.m., followed by the main festival and car show at 10.

Organizers are encouraging car owners to gather their friends, polish their vehicles and help make the 2026 show the event’s largest yet.

Visitors will have an opportunity to view vehicles from around the state while spending the day enjoying downtown Beebe and supporting local businesses.

The annual Fallin’ Blackbird Festival takes its name from the unusual event that placed Beebe in national headlines on New Year’s Eve in 2010, when thousands of red-winged blackbirds fell from the sky. A smaller occurrence was reported the following year.

The Beebe Chamber of Commerce now uses the distinctive piece of local history as the theme for a yearly community celebration.
