PHOTOS: Arkansas Realtor Requests Help After One Air Conditioner Already Stolen

There has reportedly been one air conditioner stolen. She says that it’s happening in an area NO ONE is supposed to be around.

A local realtor from Paragould is asking for help identifying 3 people reportedly caught on camera despite signs saying clearly “No trespassing” days after the air conditioner in that location was stolen. She says there is a no trespassing sign at the gate.

Kimberly Davis, Executive Broker/REALTOR, Licensed at Weichert, Realtor Home Source from Paragould, Arkansas released the following information on social media:

“Anyone know who these people are? They are inside a fenced area and around an air unit. My owners have replaced this air unit once because of theft. The girl in gray was there 11 days ago and the guy and girl in pink shirt right now. This is a rental that I manage. Edited to add: there is a no trespassing sign up on the gate.”
