First Community Bank has announced a series of promotions recognizing employees in Batesville, Jonesboro, Searcy and Missouri as the locally owned financial institution continues to develop leadership from within.
The promotions were announced by Boris Dover, president and chief operating officer of First Community Bank.

Dover said the promotions reflect the depth of talent across the organization and First Community Bank’s commitment to developing leaders from within.
Batesville Promotions

Lauren Bynum — vice president, CRA officer
Kayla Dunemn — assistant vice president, dealer direct loan officer
