Sheriff Eric S. Higgins and the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office extends our deepest condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, and many lives touched by the passing of Judge Wayne Gruber. Judge Gruber dedicated 24 years of service to the Pulaski County District Court, leaving behind a lasting legacy of commitment to justice and our community. He was also a tremendous supporter and friend of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office. Judge Gruber generously served as a speaker for our agency and proudly conducted the swearing-in ceremonies for many of our deputies as they began their careers in law enforcement.
