A 36-year-old Floral woman was killed and 2 minors were injured Friday night when a utility terrain vehicle overturned in Cleburne County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
The fatal crash occurred at approximately 8:24 p.m. on July 3 at the intersection of Tyler Road and County Road 81 near Wilburn.
According to the preliminary Arkansas State Police fatal crash report, Betsy Ramsey, 36, of Floral, was driving a 2025 Can-Am UTV when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned.
Ramsey died from injuries sustained in the crash. Her body was taken to the Cleburne County Coroner.
Two minors who were passengers in the UTV were injured and transported to Unity Health in Searcy for treatment.
Troopers reported weather conditions were clear and the roadway was dry at the time of the crash.
The accident remains under investigation by Arkansas State Police Trooper Jason Crossland.
All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
