Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announced the arrest of 27-year-old Ethan Lee Clark of Greenbrier on 30 felony counts of pandering or possession of visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

According to Griffin, agents with the Attorney General’s Special Investigations Division executed a search warrant on June 24 after investigators determined that Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) was allegedly being downloaded and shared through a peer-to-peer network at Clark’s residence.

Authorities said investigators conducted a digital forensic examination of the home before Clark was arrested and booked into the Faulkner County Detention Center.

Attorney General Griffin said, “Anyone who possesses or distributes CSAM can expect to be identified, arrested, and prosecuted by my office. I applaud SID’s excellent work in investigating this case and the Greenbrier Police Department and Faulkner County Animal Services for their assistance in this arrest.”

The case remains under investigation.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
