, , Leave a comment

The Russell Volunteer Fire Department is inviting families from across White County to gather for an evening of food, fun, shopping, and fireworks during its annual Fireworks Celebration on Saturday, June 27.

The community event will feature vendors, family activities, food concessions, and entertainment leading up to a large fireworks display.

A DJ will begin providing music and entertainment at 5 PM as visitors enjoy cotton candy, sno cones, jumbo corn dogs, funnel cakes, lemonade, and a variety of other festival favorites.

Guests can also browse local vendors offering crafts, homemade goods, custom T-shirts, and other merchandise throughout the evening.

The Russell Volunteer Fire Department encourages attendees to bring lawn chairs and spend the evening celebrating with friends, family, and neighbors before the fireworks show.

Organizers say the event is designed to bring the community together while supporting the local volunteer fire department and celebrating the summer season.

The Russell Volunteer Fire Department reminds attendees that they are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the event.
