The 105th Independence County Fair is bringing 9 days of family fun, live entertainment, patriotic celebrations, food, exhibits, and special events to Batesville Arkansas from June 5 through June 13, 2026.

This year’s headline entertainment lineup features 3 big nights of music beginning Thursday night June 11 with Finley Watkins performing as “Elvis” at 8 PM. Grammy-nominated gospel favorites The Isaacs take the stage Friday night June 12 at 8 PM, followed by country and gospel music legend Jimmy Fortune on Saturday night June 13 at 8 PM.
All performances will take place nightly at the Independence County Fairgrounds located at 55 White Drive in Batesville. Admission is $7 for adults and $3 for children.
Friday June 12 will feature Senior Citizens Day with FREE admission and Arkansas SHIIP Day — the Senior Health Insurance Information Program. Seniors can receive free, confidential, unbiased Medicare guidance from certified counselors and learn ways to save money on coverage options. Activities begin at 8 AM with a free breakfast, bingo at 8:30 AM, and the annual pie contest at 9:30 AM.
The fair will also host the 16th Annual Veterans and Military Appreciation Day on Saturday June 13 beginning at 10 AM inside the Entertainment Building. The special patriotic event honors all veterans and military personnel and includes patriotic singing, honoring veterans, Wall of Fame inductees, hot dogs, fellowship, and a special guest performance by Jimmy Fortune. The Lyon College Piper, Mr. Jimmy Bell, will also perform during the ceremony.
