During his remarkable career, Tosh has served in multiple leadership roles including EMT, Paramedic, Supervisor, Clinical Operations Director, and now Chief Operating Officer for Vital Link.
Coworkers say no one has been a bigger champion for the organization or the crews serving communities across Arkansas. Even after 4 decades in emergency medical services, Tosh continues to stay focused on the safety of crews and patient care throughout the region.
