Angela Connell of Batesville Featured in AMP Article Highlighting Leadership in Communications

First Community Bank is celebrating one of its own as Angela Connell, Senior Vice President and Communications Director, has been featured in a recent Arkansas Money & Politics (AMP) article recognizing influential professionals across the state.

Connell oversees First Community Bank’s external communications, media relations, and brand messaging across multiple markets. With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications and public relations, she is widely respected for her expertise in media buying, content development, PR strategy, and reputation management.

A Batesville native, Connell is a graduate of Batesville High School and earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, majoring in journalism with an emphasis in public relations. She joined First Community Bank in 2019, bringing extensive experience in community-centered messaging and public relations.

In addition to her professional achievements, Connell has served on numerous nonprofit boards, reflecting her strong commitment to public service and community engagement.
