The Arkansas Hospitality Association has announced the promotion of Dylan Kinkade to Chief Marketing Officer.

Since joining the association 3 years ago, Kinkade has helped strengthen the organization’s communications strategy while increasing visibility for Arkansas’ hospitality, tourism, restaurant, and lodging industries. Association leaders say his background in hospitality and passion for storytelling have helped create a stronger and more unified brand presence across the state.
Kinkade has also worked closely with Director of Education Renee Smith to support workforce development initiatives designed to strengthen Arkansas’ hospitality workforce.
In his new role, Kinkade will continue leading strategic communications, industry advocacy efforts, and marketing initiatives supporting Arkansas restaurants, hotels, attractions, and tourism partners.
Prior to joining the Arkansas Hospitality Association, Kinkade served as Marketing Manager for National Solutions in Maumelle, where he worked with sales teams and business partners across the country to support brand growth and market development.
Kinkade is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Marketing. He resides in Conway with his fiancée, stepdaughter, and their 2 dogs.
The Arkansas Hospitality Association serves as the umbrella organization for the Arkansas Restaurant Association, Arkansas Lodging Association, and Arkansas Travel Council. The organization represents more than 1,000 hospitality businesses across Arkansas and advocates for the growth and success of the state’s tourism and hospitality industries.
