First Community Bank announced August 19, 2026, that Daniel Kemper has been promoted to senior vice president, trust and wealth management officer.

Kemper is responsible for providing and expanding the bank’s trust and wealth management services throughout White, Faulkner, Lonoke, Pulaski and surrounding counties.
He works with individuals, families and business owners to develop personalized financial strategies. His services include trust administration, estate planning, investment management, retirement planning and wealth preservation.
Through long-term planning and personalized guidance, Kemper helps customers protect their assets, preserve their legacies and pursue their financial goals.
“This promotion is a statement of affirmation of the trust the bank places in me and is an acknowledgment of the success we’ve had together over the last 15-plus years,” Kemper said. “I am grateful for the opportunities First Community Bank has provided throughout my career, and I look forward to continuing to grow with the bank while serving our customers and communities.”
Kemper joined First Community Bank in 2010 after beginning his professional career as an attorney.
A 1998 graduate of Batesville High School, Kemper earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Harding University in 2002. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2006.
Kemper also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation. He has more than 15 years of banking experience in trust and wealth management.
During his career at First Community Bank, Kemper has developed a values-based approach to investment and financial planning. Bank officials said that approach has helped customers pursue their financial goals while building lasting relationships.

First Community Bank opened August 4, 1997, in Batesville, Arkansas. The locally owned and managed bank currently operates 35 locations across Arkansas and Missouri.
The bank employs 650 professional bankers and reported assets of $3.6 billion as of June 30, 2026.
