First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Mindy Hindmarsh to senior vice president, mortgage loan originator.

Hindmarsh joined First Community Bank in 2021 and has become a key member of the bank’s mortgage team, helping customers throughout the Cabot region with their home-financing needs.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending to her expanded role.
Hindmarsh specializes in secondary mortgage lending and is known for combining industry knowledge with a customer-focused approach.

Amy Tuggle, senior vice president and mortgage production manager, said Hindmarsh’s promotion reflects her experience and commitment to helping customers.

Tuggle added that Hindmarsh consistently provides exceptional service while representing First Community Bank with professionalism and integrity.

Hindmarsh is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in applied communication and legal studies.
Throughout her career, she has focused on helping individuals and families navigate the home-financing process while building relationships within the communities she serves.
First Community Bank is locally owned and managed and opened August 4, 1997, in Batesville.
