A 6-month investigation by the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force culminated Monday in the seizure of approximately 212 grams of methamphetamine, suspected drug-distribution equipment, cash and a vehicle, according to a press release issued August 31, 2026.
Members of the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force, working with the Izard County Sheriff’s Office, encountered Victoria Watts in Calico Rock on August 31.
According to authorities, Watts was allegedly found in possession of approximately 212 grams of methamphetamine, digital scales and other drug paraphernalia investigators said was consistent with the distribution of methamphetamine.
Law enforcement also seized approximately $500 in U.S. currency and a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC300.
Investigators allege the vehicle was used as a conveyance in connection with methamphetamine trafficking.
The investigation will be submitted to the 16th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of a trafficking methamphetamine charge under Arkansas Code Annotated § 5-64-440(b)(1).
Authorities said the offense is a Class Y felony.
The Drug Task Force said the arrest represents the culmination of months of investigative work focused on identifying and disrupting methamphetamine distribution in Izard County and throughout North Central Arkansas.
The Izard County Sheriff’s Office and the 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force said they remain committed to investigating illegal narcotics activity and working together to remove significant quantities of dangerous drugs from area communities.
The investigation remains ongoing.
