Retired U.S. Navy SEAL Captain Bradley Geary will share lessons from 25 years of military service when he speaks at Harding University in Searcy on Tuesday, Nov. 10, the night before Veterans Day.

The Harding University American Studies Institute will host Geary at 7:30 p.m. in the Anthony and Wright Administration Auditorium for the 2nd fall presentation in its Distinguished Lecture Series.

Geary’s time in the Navy shaped his commitment to principled, ethics-driven leadership. He received the Vice Admiral James B. Stockdale Award for Inspirational Leadership, the U.S. Navy’s highest honor for leadership.

Today, Geary shares lessons from military service, combat leadership, organizational transformation and mentorship with executives and business leaders across the country. As a keynote speaker, leadership consultant and author, he emphasizes strong principles, investing in people and building a culture rooted in trust, resilience and accountability.

He was recently named chief workforce officer of Wildcat Defense, an investment firm working to acquire and lead multiple shipyards while reinvigorating the American industrial workforce.

Drawing on his faith and professional experience, Geary challenges leaders to face adversity with moral clarity and lead in ways that leave a lasting impact on their organizations.

Tickets are free but required and can be reserved at hardingtickets.com. For more information, visit harding.edu/asi or call 501-279-4497.

The lecture series continues Jan. 12, 2027, with former NASA astronaut Victor Glover, who piloted NASA’s Artemis II mission, and Feb. 23, 2027, with legal scholar and political philosopher Robert P. George. Both of those lectures are set for Benson Auditorium.
