Arkansas Man Accused Of Illegal “Deepfake” Or Criminal Content Involving Minors

Some VERY serious charges in Cleburne County, Arkansas.

A 47-year-old man was booked late Tuesday by the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office. He’s charged with criminal pornographic charges. You can view his mugshot below.

Man Charged With Pornographic “Deepfake” Or Criminal Possession of Criminal Content Involving Minors

The charge is as follows:

“UNLAWFUL CREATION OR DISTRIBUTION OF DEEPFAKE VISUAL MATERIAL PANDERING OR POSSESSION of [CP]”

The booking time was 11:05 p.m. on Aug. 25, 2026.

Bond is set at $125,000. An arrest is not a conviction.
