Locals were left concerned in Clinton, Arkansas after a restaurant called Hogs and Heifers reportedly closed its doors.

It all started with a post on social media:

“I need to know if Hogs and Heifers is open? I saw online that they were closed, but then thought I saw where that was not true. Does anyone know for sure?”

One commentator said:

“Closed for good as of June 1st. Moving to Conway. It was a great asset to the town square and good place for events. It’s a shame to let that building go to waste! I hope someone comes in and reopens it!”
