The Cave City Fire Department is inviting the community to join them in honoring the brave men and women who serve as first responders during a special First Responder Appreciation Dinner on Saturday, June 27, 2026.
The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. at Cave City First Assembly, located at 437 North Main Street in Cave City.
The evening is dedicated to recognizing the sacrifices and service of firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, and 911 dispatchers who answer the call when the community needs them most.

Featured guest speaker Dave Bruyette brings more than 9 years of experience serving with the East Side Fire District as a volunteer firefighter, EMT, chaplain, instructor, and mentor. Bruyette also serves as senior pastor of Mountain Lakes Bible Church and volunteers with several Idaho search and rescue and public safety organizations. He has received multiple awards recognizing his leadership and lifesaving service.
The Cave City Fire Department encourages residents throughout the area to attend and help show appreciation for the first responders who work every day to keep communities safe.
The theme of the evening is simple: “You Serve. We Appreciate. Thank You.”
