Rules For Driving In Construction Zones
It’s exactly for reasons like this that the Arkansas Department of Transportation is telling people to put down their phones while driving through construction zones.
The “Slow Down, Phone Down” campaign promotes work zone safety across the state, encouraging drivers to reduce speed and stow their phones upon entering construction areas. These actions are crucial for accident prevention and are legally mandated in work zones.
Please drive carefully. People’s lives are at risk. Including yours.
