A huge $42 million real estate investment is coming to Conway, Arkansas.
The Conway Chamber of Commerce announced the news online. The new real estate project will bring a whopping 250 new jobs to the city.

According to Mayor Bart Castleberry:

Clayton, a leading national builder of various home types, has announced its latest expansion into Conway with a $42 million investment. This move will establish a new manufacturing hub for modern manufactured homes.
The company has acquired the former Spirit Homes facility on Dave Ward Drive, spanning 220,000 square feet. Here, Clayton plans to produce approximately 3,000 homes each year.
This expansion is set to boost local employment significantly, with over 250 new jobs expected to be created in the next three years. Clayton aims to hire nearly 200 employees within the first year alone.
Renovations on the facility are scheduled to commence this December, with home production slated to begin by summer 2025. The facility will not only be modernized but also equipped to meet Clayton’s standards for innovative home building.
