Water Leak Closes Down Road Outside Razorbacks Stadium
It was announced on social media that there had been a large water main break at the corner of MLK and Razorback Rd.
As a result, Eastbound traffic was diverted to the center lane.
Later, another update was issued, saying:
“Fans coming to today’s game should avoid Martin Luther King Blvd between I-49 and Razorback Rd. Use Cato Springs, Wedington or the HWY 112 exits. Also, there will be no southbound traffic on Razorback Rd south of MLK (beginning at 1:00pm until work is completed). Please plan to give yourself plenty of extra time to arrive!”
Sadly, it was never revealed what caused the water leak. No updates have been given.
