New royalty has been crowned at the 105th Independence County Fair as Darcy Taylor was named Miss Independence County 2026 and London Holladay earned the title of Teen Miss Independence County 2026.
The pageant competition, held as part of the annual fair festivities in Batesville, recognized several outstanding young women for their achievements, poise, and community spirit.
In the Miss Independence County division, Reagan Savage was named 1st Runner-Up and also received the Photogenic Award. Haley Morrs was named 2nd Runner-Up.
In the Teen Miss Independence County competition, Willow Armstrong earned multiple honors, including 1st Runner-Up, Photogenic, and Miss Congeniality.
Fair officials congratulated all contestants for their participation and dedication while recognizing the newly crowned titleholders who will represent Independence County throughout the coming year.
The 105th Independence County Fair continues through June 13 in Batesville with entertainment, exhibits, pageants, community events, and family activities.
