Golfers from across North Central Arkansas are invited to tee off at the 7th Annual Ozark Gateway Golf Tournament in Cherokee Village on May 16th. The event will take place at the Cherokee Village South Course and will feature a 4 person scramble format open to all skill levels.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The $300 team entry fee includes pastries, lunch, tournament play, and contests like longest drive and closest to the pin.
Organized by the Ozark Gateway Tourist Council, the tournament supports tourism efforts across Fulton County Arkansas, Independence County Arkansas, Izard County Arkansas, Jackson County Arkansas, Lawrence County Arkansas, Randolph County Arkansas, Sharp County Arkansas, and Stone County Arkansas.
Event organizers say the tournament highlights the natural beauty and welcoming communities of the Ozark Gateway region. Winners will be announced around 3 p.m.
