A Searcy High School senior is receiving national recognition for excellence in academics, leadership, and community service.
Gregory Lin has been named a Coca-Cola Scholar, one of the most prestigious student honors in the United States. The award recognizes a select group of students each year who demonstrate outstanding achievement and dedication both inside and outside the classroom.
Lin stood out among thousands of applicants nationwide, earning the distinction through his commitment to education and service.
School officials and the Searcy community are celebrating the achievement, calling it a proud moment for the district.
