The Pine Bluff Police Department is urgently searching for Joynell Brandon, a 43-year-old woman reported missing on May 13, 2025. She was last seen on University Avenue in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. You can view her photograph below.
“Urgent” Search Underway For Missing Woman In Arkansas
Joynell is described as a Black female, 5’2” tall, weighing 220 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing black leggings, a black and gold blouse, and carrying a rainbow purse.
Distinctive features include a nose ring and scarring from burns on the right side of her neck and right arm. Joynell has a diagnosed mental health condition requiring medication, which she does not have with her.
