Community Insurance, a subsidiary of First Community Bank, announced September 17 that Lisha Foust has been promoted to senior vice president, operations manager.

Foust oversees operational functions across the agency, supporting client service and daily operations. Her responsibilities remain largely unchanged, according to the announcement, with the promotion recognizing her leadership, experience and contributions to the organization.
MORE THAN 26 YEARS OF INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
Foust brings more than 26 years of insurance industry experience to the position. She holds an Associate of Accounting degree and has earned the Trusted Risk Advisor and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations.
“I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and honored by the confidence Community Insurance has placed in me,” Foust said.
She credited the agency’s team for its shared success and said she looks forward to continuing to serve clients and helping the agency grow.
Anthony Clark, president of Community Insurance, said the promotion reflects Foust’s dedication and leadership. He praised her support for colleagues and her role in the agency’s continued success.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT AND FAMILY
Outside work, Foust is an active Rotary member and enjoys spending time with family, riding ATVs and hunting.
She and her husband, Shane, have been married for 28 years. They have 2 sons, 1 daughter, 1 grandson and 2 granddaughters. The family also enjoys time with their dog, Willow, and horse, Sassy.
