The Batesville School District is celebrating another successful Stuff the Bus campaign after an outpouring of community support helped stock the Pioneer Pantry with food for students and families throughout the upcoming school year.
School officials thanked everyone who contributed to the effort, including student teams and organizations, coaches, sponsors, the Community Schools team, and countless community members who donated food and other pantry items.
The annual event brings the Batesville community together to help ensure students facing food insecurity have access to nutritious meals and essential items during the school year.
District leaders said the overwhelming generosity shown during this year’s Stuff the Bus campaign demonstrates the strength of Pioneer Nation and its commitment to caring for local families.
The Pioneer Pantry serves as an important resource for students and families throughout the school year, providing assistance when it is needed most.
