First Community Bank has announced that Pablo Morales has joined the organization as a business development officer serving the Little Rock market.
Morales brings a strong background in media, communications, and community engagement. He began his career in 2021 with Univision Arkansas and later became a familiar face in Spanish-language news through Noticias Arkansas.
Over the past 5 years, Morales has worked in graphic design, video production, social media management, and public relations, eventually advancing to a weekday news anchor role. He has also served in ministry at Centro Cristiano de Rogers, supporting families across the region.
Morales attended the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and graduated in 2024 from Global University after completing 3 years of Bible seminary.
He has remained active in the community, serving as an emcee for events including “El Grito” in Conway and Amigofest in Batesville.
In his new role, Morales will focus on strengthening relationships, supporting business growth, and expanding outreach efforts across central Arkansas.
