According to Faulkner County Police, Luke Anthony Tucker, 41, was arrested by Arkansas State Police on Monday, December 2, 2024, at 9:47 pm. He was caught allegedly using a “device” that was illegal along with a slew of other alleged crimes.

Conway Arrest Details Released

Charges include possession of a controlled substance, speeding over 15 mph above the limit, possession of drug paraphernalia, and offenses related to “A MV WITH INTERLOCK D”

“INVOLVING A MV WITH INTERLOCK D” refers to offenses related to driving a motor vehicle (MV) that is equipped with an Ignition Interlock Device (IID). An IID is installed in vehicles to prevent individuals from operating the vehicle if they have consumed alcohol, as it requires a breath test before the car can start and sometimes during driving to ensure the driver’s blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is below a certain level.

Tucker, a resident of Conway, faces multiple charges stemming from the incident.
