Changes Made After Fire
Due to the cold weather, although F.L. Davis Ace’s retail is closed, the lumberyard is still open, and they are taking curbside pickups.
All other locations are open in:

- Sherwood.
- Greers Ferry.

Large Fire Erupts At F.L. Davis Ace In Heber Springs
Multiple units including C-201, Engine 2, Ladder 1, and Survival Flight EMS unit 106, along with off-duty firefighters, tackled the blaze at the rear loading dock.
Firefighters encountered heavy smoke and flames in the southwest corner, initiating a rapid fire attack.
The fire was under control within 10 minutes, with crews using thermal imaging and ventilation fans to manage the aftermath.
No injuries were reported, and after ensuring safety with CO monitoring, employees could safely re-enter the building. Thanks were extended to all responders and support was offered to the business owners and staff.
