It’s a new biscuits and chocolate gravy competition in Arkansas!
Head to the Fairfield Bay Senior Center on January 25, 2025 to eat biscuits and gravy that’s being entered in a competition. Spectators can taste the food for only $2.00. You can even vote on your favorite gravy recipe after tasting all the choices!
Biscuits and Chocolate Gravy In Fairfield Bay
Entrants can pick up forms at the Senior Center or the Chamber of Commerce for a $20 fee. Spectators can taste the entries for $2.00 each, with additional votes available for $2.00 more.
The event also serves as an introduction to Fairfield Bay’s leadership. You can meet the following local leaders:

- Community Club General Manager, Rory Bradley.
- Fairfield Bay Chamber of Commerce Director, Melinda Barnett.
The competition kicks off at 8 am and continues until the chocolate gravy supply runs out, promising a morning filled with community, competition, and conversation.
Attendees are encouraged to engage with the new leadership, ask questions, and learn about upcoming developments in the city, making this breakfast more than just a meal but a community dialogue.
