Three people face multiple felony charges after authorities reported finding an active methamphetamine laboratory, illegal narcotics and firearms inside a Fulton County residence.
The 16th Judicial District Drug Task Force announced the arrests in a press release dated Aug. 14, 2026.
According to the release, the investigation began after authorities received reports of suspected methamphetamine possession and distribution at the residence. Investigators reportedly spent several months gathering intelligence and evidence before obtaining a search warrant.
The Drug Task Force executed the warrant in August with assistance from the Mammoth Spring Police Department and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities said officers discovered an active methamphetamine laboratory after entering the residence. Investigators described the laboratory as a significant danger to the occupants and surrounding community because of the hazardous and volatile nature of methamphetamine production.
Officers also reportedly seized several grams of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia commonly associated with narcotics use and distribution, and multiple firearms.

Felon in possession of a firearm, a Class B felony
Criminal use of prohibited weapons, a Class B felony
Maintaining a drug premises, a Class C felony
DANIELLE RICHARDSON
Richardson faces the following allegations:
Manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class Y felony
Possession of methamphetamine greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams, a Class A felony
Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a Class Y felony
Felon in possession of a firearm, a Class B felony
Criminal use of prohibited weapons, a Class B felony
Maintaining a drug premises, a Class C felony
GLENN CAROLL
Caroll faces the following allegations:
Manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class Y felony
Possession of methamphetamine greater than 10 grams but less than 200 grams, a Class A felony
Simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a Class Y felony
Felon in possession of a firearm, a Class B felony
Criminal use of prohibited weapons, a Class B felony
Maintaining a drug premises, a Class C felony
The charges have been submitted to the 16th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for review and prosecution.
Authorities said the investigation remains active as investigators examine possible connections to broader drug-trafficking activity in the region.
The charges are allegations. All three defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
