A young Arkansas woman has died after her car went “airborne” in a tragic car crash.

A tragic accident occurred on December 19, 2024, at 11:15 am on SH 73 at Nevada 275 in Hope, Arkansas. It happened in Nevada County, Arkansas, as confirmed by Arkansas State Police.

Courtney Swearengin, a 22-year-old from Junction City, was killed in the crash while driving west in her 2003 Honda Accord.

The vehicle veered off the road, entering a ditch and striking a culvert.

It then went airborne, colliding with an embankment before coming to rest in a creek.

No other injuries were reported from this single-vehicle incident.

    i feel sorry and got a little sympathie for some drivers in a accident but when it sounds like the crash i just saw around hempstead/nevada co. and her car going airborn just isnt no excuse for that at all. maybe she was going way to dam fast? sorry for language.
