The new Janett and Larry Crain Memorial Library opens in Searcy at 10:00 a.m. on September 18th. The old location of the Searcy Public Library at 113 East Pleasure Avenue is having its “Last Chance Book Sale this Wednesday and Thursday from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. Books are priced at 5 for $1. White County Public Library Friends Foundation is sponsoring this sale.
