Even if your friend is having a “medical emergency,” they said you are not allowed to disobey traffic laws.

Arkansas State Police Say “Medical Emergency” is No Excuse

Arkansas State Police released a video on social media called “Rules of the Road”.

In the video below, that you can watch, they wrote:

“Activating your emergency flashers does not give you the right to disobey traffic laws, drive recklessly or ignore an officer’s attempt to pull you over.”
