First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Cassandra Huff to vice president and credit card manager.

In her new role, Huff will oversee the bank’s credit card program, focusing on portfolio management, customer experience, and continued growth of card services, while also maintaining her lending responsibilities.
Huff brings 26 years of banking experience and has played a key role in the success of the bank’s dealer direct program through her expertise in lending and relationship management.
Senior Vice President Leann Siler praised Huff’s leadership, citing her strong work ethic, industry knowledge, and dedication to customers.
A longtime community leader, Huff has served 15 years with the Batesville Rotary Club, 7 years with the Ozark Gateway Tourist Council, and has supported both the National Wild Turkey Federation and Ducks Unlimited.
Huff is a graduate of Southside High School and Leadership Batesville. She and her husband, Shannon, live in Batesville and enjoy outdoor activities and family time.
First Community Bank, founded August 4, 1997, now operates 34 locations across Arkansas and Missouri and reports $3.42 billion in assets as of December 31, 2025.
