Cement structures are going into Greers Ferry Lake.
But don’t worry, it was planned! And encouraged! It was launched by the Greers Ferry Walleye Club.
In partnership with the Arkansas Game and Fish and the Arkansas Corps of Engineers, the Greers Ferry Walleye Club created dozens of cement “structures” to put into the lake. The project will help fish habitat in the lake and potentially increase tourism in the area. You can watch a video below and see pictures of the project.
