Baptist Health Community Outreach is inviting Arkansans to stay healthy during the upcoming holiday season through its 2026 “Maintain, Don’t Gain Holiday Challenge,” a 6-week online wellness program featuring healthy living tips, friendly competition and opportunities to earn prizes.
Registration is open through November 21, 2026, and the first 50 people to register will receive a special welcome gift.
The challenge begins November 23, 2026, and continues through January 2, 2027, helping participants maintain healthy habits during a season filled with holiday meals, celebrations and busy schedules.
A Holiday Challenge Focused on Healthy Habits
Rather than focusing on restrictive dieting, the program encourages participants to make manageable, evidence-based lifestyle choices that support overall health and well-being.
Throughout the 6-week challenge, participants will receive weekly guidance covering important wellness topics, including mindful nutrition, regular physical activity and stress management.
The online format allows participants to follow the program while managing their own schedules throughout the holiday season.
Earn Points and Compete for Prizes
Participants can earn points by completing weekly wellness challenges and tracking their progress.
The program also features an anonymous leaderboard where participants can compare their scores with others without sharing personal information.
Points earned throughout the challenge count toward wellness prizes and incentives, giving participants additional motivation to maintain healthy routines through the holidays.
