Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division Investigator Tonya Tackett has received the 2026 Children & Family Advocacy Center’s Crusader for Kids Award, recognizing her dedication to children and families.
The award was presented earlier this week during the center’s Partners in Resilience luncheon.
The honor recognizes a member of the center’s multidisciplinary team who demonstrates its core values of excellence, grit, growth and humble service while pursuing justice and healing for children and families.
In announcing the recognition, Arkansas State Police highlighted Tackett’s lasting impact, dedication and willingness to do what is right, even when the work is difficult.
Her recognition brings attention to the commitment behind investigations involving children and the teamwork that supports families through challenging circumstances.
