North Little Rock Police are asking for the public’s assistance locating an 18-year-old wanted in connection with a homicide at a convenience store.
Police said Kendrick Givens Jr. has an active arrest warrant alleging capital murder.
The warrant is connected to the September 6 homicide at the Circle K located at 1604 Pike Avenue in North Little Rock.
SUSPECT CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS
The North Little Rock Police Department warned that Givens should be considered armed and dangerous.
Members of the public should not attempt to approach or detain him.
Anyone who sees Givens or knows where he may be located should contact local law enforcement immediately.
HOMICIDE REPORTED AT CIRCLE K
Officers were called to the Circle K at approximately 10 p.m. September 6 following reports of a shooting.
Police reportedly found a man who had been shot inside the store. The victim was pronounced dead.
The victim’s identity and additional information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting had not been publicly released when the initial reports were issued.

Police are asking members of the public to share the wanted notice while avoiding speculation or unverified information that could interfere with the investigation.
The investigation remains ongoing.
An arrest warrant and criminal charge are allegations. Givens is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
