
Jacob Noblin, 31, was booked into the Faulkner County jail on September 10, 2026, arrested by Conway police, on charges of court mandate, theft of property and financial identity fraud.

The said defendant in FAULKNER COUNTY, did unlawfully and feloniously on or about May 13, 2024. Take or exercise unauthorized control over or make an unauthorized transfer of an interest in the property of another person with the purpose of depriving the owner of the property, or did obtain the property of another person by deception or by threat with the purpose of depriving the owner of the property, said property being valued at more than $1,000 but less than $5,000,
Thereby committing the offense of Theft of Property – Value >$1,000 but ≤ $5,000, said offense being a CLASS D FELONY against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.
The said defendant in FAULKNER COUNTY, did unlawfully and feloniously on or about May 13, 2024, with the intent to unlawfully appropriate financial resources of another person to his own use or to the use of a third party, and without the authorization of that person, he obtained or recorded identifying information that would assist in accessing the financial resources of the other person or accessed or attempted to access the financial resources of the other person through the use of identifying information,
Thereby committing the offense of [name withheld], said offense being a CLASS D FELONY against the peace and dignity of the State of Arkansas.
Officer Fitzgerald took a report from [name withheld] regarding him being the victim of a fraudulent transaction. Mr. Tillman advised that he met a gentleman who identified himself as [name withheld] at [name withheld] ([street address redacted]) to buy a trailer. Mr. Tillman advised that he had seen the trailer posted for sale on Facebook by [name withheld]. After meeting, Mr. Tillman exchanged $1,500.00 for the trailer and was provided a bill of sale that was signed “[name withheld].”
Approximately a month later, Mr. Tillman received a call from Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office and was advised that the trailer he purchased was stolen out of their jurisdiction. Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office confiscated the trailer and informed Mr. Tillman of the suspect’s identity; Jacob Noblin.
