Firefighters responded just in time in Batesville, Arkansas!
Batesville Fire Department responded just after 4 p.m. on August 21 to a large fire near Gap Road. The blaze had spread into the wood line. You can see photographs below.
Photos Show Result After Fire Breaks Out In Batesville
Firefighters positioned two engines on both sides of a home to protect it. Crews then worked to extinguish the fire in the yard and woods.
Dry conditions caused the fire to spread quickly. Station 2 arrived within five minutes and helped contain it.
The fire remained limited to a single property. No other structures were threatened.
Ten Batesville firefighters personnel responded to the call.
