Arkansas Man Accused Of Soliciting Underage Child
A 25-year-old white male, named Joseph Garcia, was arrested Monday by the Conway Police Department.
He was booked at 5:23 p.m. on August 24 under number 3807.
The man faces a felony charge of sexual solicitation of a child.
He is also charged with misdemeanor public sexual indecency.
